Credit Queens – Refund Policy
Monthly Service Fees
Credit Queens offers credit repair services on a monthly subscription basis. Because work begins immediately after enrollment, monthly fees are non-refundable once services have started.
No Guarantees of Results
Credit repair outcomes vary by individual and depend on factors outside our control, including creditor responses and credit bureau investigations. As such, refunds are not issued based on the outcome of disputes or credit score changes.
Cancellation & Future Billing
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time.

Cancellations must be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.

Once cancelled, no further payments will be processed.

No refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
One-Time Services
Fees for one-time services such as consultations, credit report reviews, or single-dispute services are non-refundable once the service has been completed.

Cancellation & Future Billing
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact Credit Queens within 7 days of the billing date. Verified billing errors will be reviewed and corrected promptly.
Service Interruptions
In the rare event Credit Queens is unable to provide services due to internal issues, we reserve the right to issue a prorated credit toward future services at our discretion.
Legal Rights
This refund policy does not limit or waive any rights provided under applicable federal or Florida state laws, including consumer protection regulations.
